Full refund if you are not eligible
If you purchase directly through the website and we later find that you do not meet the relevant eligibility requirements, we will provide a full refund.
Goodwill partial-refund request window (five working days)
Eligible learners may request a partial refund within five working days of payment.
We normally create your account, assign tutor support, and issue staged course access on the same working day.
Where enrolment administration, account setup, tutor allocation, learning access, or support has begun, we may retain up to £40 to reflect personalised enrolment and setup services, together with a fair amount for any services or course access already provided.
The £40 amount is not applied automatically in every case, and a partial refund is not guaranteed.
Requests made after five working days are not normally eligible for a goodwill partial refund, but may be considered in exceptional circumstances or where required by applicable law.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Early access and cancellation rights
Where we ask you to request account setup, tutor allocation, or digital course access before the end of any applicable cancellation period, we will explain the relevant effect on your cancellation rights at that point.
This policy does not replace statutory cancellation information that may apply to you.
Extensions and expiry
- You normally have 24 weeks to complete the course from the date your credentials are issued.
- You may request one optional 12-week extension for £49, by the end of week 25.
- We may consider a free extension in serious exceptional circumstances beyond your reasonable control.
- After expiry, access may close and you would normally need to re-enrol. A reduced re-enrolment fee may be considered at our discretion for learners who have made substantial progress, but is not guaranteed.

- your purchase date;
- a brief reason for your request.
