What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies can also store or read information on your device. They are commonly used to make websites work and to understand how they are used.
Strictly necessary technologies
Some technologies are needed for the website to work properly and for security, and cannot be switched off in our systems. These include:
- a session cookie that keeps the site working as you move between pages;
- a security token used to help protect forms against cross-site request forgery;
- bot- and spam-protection on our contact form, provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Tag management, analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager as a tag-management foundation. Google Tag Manager is a container that lets us manage website tags in one place.
No GA4, Google Ads, or Meta (Facebook / Instagram) tracking tags are currently activated through it. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
If we enable optional analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will seek an appropriate choice or consent first, where this is required.
Optional vs strictly necessary
Strictly necessary technologies keep the site secure and working. Optional analytics or advertising technologies — which we do not currently use — would help measure usage or support marketing, and would only be enabled with an appropriate choice or consent where required.
Third-party resources
Some page resources, such as fonts and styling libraries, load from third-party content networks so that pages display correctly. We mention this for transparency.
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website from working.
