TESOL Pro is operated by BEB SERVICES UK LTD, trading as British English Board (BEB). These terms explain how our courses are offered, enrolled, delivered, and supported. Please read them together with our Refunds & Course Access Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
TESOL Pro normally checks eligibility before payment.
If you purchase a course directly online and we later find that you do not meet the relevant eligibility requirements, we will provide a full refund.
Enrolment and payment
- Full payment at enrolment is the normal public route to join a course.
- In limited circumstances, we may agree an alternative payment arrangement in writing. Any such arrangement is at our discretion, is not an advertised entitlement, and must be agreed in writing.
- Campaign, promotional, and seasonal discounts apply only where the full discounted course fee is paid as a single one-off payment at enrolment.
- Discounts cannot normally be combined with instalment or other alternative payment arrangements.
- Where an alternative arrangement is agreed, the standard course fee applies unless we confirm another price in writing before payment.
Course delivery and tutor support
- Course access is structured in stages or levels.
- Tutor support includes review of your submitted tasks and responses through the learner messaging system.
- Account credentials are normally issued on the same working day, after payment and enrolment processing.
Course duration and extensions
- You normally have 24 weeks from the date your login credentials are issued to complete the course.
- You may request one optional 12-week extension for £49.
- The extension request and payment must be made by the end of week 25 from the course start date.
- We may consider a free extension in serious exceptional circumstances beyond your reasonable control, such as a major natural disaster or serious local disruption. We may ask for reasonable supporting information.
After expiry and re-enrolment
- If no extension is arranged, your access may close.
- If you return later, you will normally need to re-enrol.
- At our discretion, we may consider a reduced re-enrolment fee for learners who have made substantial progress, for example reaching Level 5. This is not guaranteed and depends on your individual case, current course requirements, and availability.
Using your account and course materials
- Please keep your login credentials confidential.
- Please do not share your access or course materials unlawfully.
